WHAT IS THE WORKSHOP?
The Workshop is a space where we will exclusively introduce the new collections and products.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
When we design a new collection or product, we will launch it in our workshop at the beginning of each month. The customers have a two-week period to preorder the products.

WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE?
Your participation in our workshop gives you exclusive access to the new WEOUTDOOR designs. Since some products may be also sold out during the Workshop period, your participation may also guarantee that you get the product with the discount.
 
WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE FUNDING PERIOD?
The campaign of a Workshop collection will be available for a two-week period.

WHEN WILL THE PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED?
All the Workshop campaigns include the estimated delivey date. In most cases, this corresponds to a six-week period. However, in case there is any kind of difficulty during the production process, we will get in touch with you immediately to update, if necessary, the delivery date.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
The payment will take place at the time of purchase.
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT DOES NOT REACH THE OBJECTIVE?
Normally all the products achieve the production objective. In the rare event that a Workshop product does not reach it, we will get in touch with you to inform you whether we go on with the production anyway or we proceed with the total reimbursement. 

CAN I WAIT UNTIL THE PRODUCT REACHES THE SHOP?
Of course you can, but you wont benefit from the Workshop discounts and the articles may be sold out.
