SHIPPING WORLDWIDE WITH DHL EXPRESS. 

For standard small boxes and packaging, we ship worldwide wit no exceptions:

• Spain cost is about 7€ and delivery takes around 24-48h
• West Europe shipping cost is about 15€ and delivery takes around 48 h to 96 h
• East Europe shipping cost is about 15€ and delivery takes from 4 days to 7 days
• North America shipping cost is about 20€ and delivery takes from 5 to 10 days
• Asia and Australia shipping cost is about 25€ and delivery takes from 5 to 10 days.

Some delay would be admitted if shipping company has any issue independently from WEOUTDOOR. During Holidays - period on AGO on 15th to 30th- delivery times can be affected. 

For custom order or bigger box, shipping cost would be calculated separately.

Returns Policy and Exchanges

Check that the delivery packaging and products have not been damaged in transport and that the content corresponds to your order.

• During 25 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange by the original invoice.
• The order must be returned to us in perfect conditions in original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice.
• Returns will only be accepts if product is fully intact with labels.  WEOUTDOOR cannot accept return where labels have been removed.
• Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer expense. WEOUTDOOR will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.
• Exchanges shipping will not always work on same FAST DELIVERY as first order.
• Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original purchaser´s credit card of bank account.
• All exchanges are subjects t availability.
• On SALES period or discounted purchases or free shipping orders, all shipping incoming are the customer expense.

How to proceed with a return

Please send us an email to info@weoutdoor.cc with a text to clarify the reason to refund or exchange. Send some pictures if you need to explain your reason. For example if doubts on size for a race fitting or if there is something that dislike you.
